Don't scrape us to scrape someone else. Don't resell access verbatim. Don't use the API to violate any law where you operate. Don't share your API key — anything done with it is considered done by you.
Plans are billed monthly in advance. We hard-cutoff at quota and never bill overage in v1. Cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal — your plan stays active until the end of the period and is not pro-rated.
Free / paid tiers run on commercially reasonable best-effort. Enterprise customers receive an explicit SLA in their contract.
Our liability is capped at the lesser of your last 12 months of paid fees or $1,000. Use the data at your discretion; we don't guarantee menu prices, hours, or availability.
